What we collect right now
SuiteContext is pre-launch. Today this site collects only what you choose to give us: your email address when you join the early-access list, and — if you fill in the optional follow-up — your role, a rough sense of your account size, and the NetSuite problem you most want solved. That’s it. We don’t run trackers beyond privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics, and only if analytics is enabled.
How we use it
To send you occasional build-in-public updates, to invite you to founding-partner opportunities, and to understand who our earliest users are so we build the right thing. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it except with the service providers that help us run the waitlist and send email.
How the product will handle your NetSuite data
This is core to what we’re building, so it’s worth stating early. SuiteContext’s analysis is fully deterministic — it runs on fixed rules, not a language model — so your audit and account data is never sent to an AI to be analyzed. Collection is biased toward schema and structure (field ids, types, script shape) rather than your actual record values; capturing record values is opt-in, and we redact personal information. The only time AI is ever involved is when you deliberately export a context package and paste it into your own AI account — we’re not in that path.
Your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to delete the information you’ve shared at any time by emailing hello@suitecontext.com.
